Disputes & The ODR Platform

If you have a complaint or issue with an ordered item, we recommend you first bring your complaints to our attention by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a resolution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via the WebwinkelKeur Foundation. Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at www.ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union's platform.
