Shipping & Delivery

Shipping takes 1–4 working days, provided the items are in stock. Please contact us for more information about product availability.

Please note that orders will only be shipped after payment has been received.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order processing

Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day, with the exception of pallet shipments or larger bulk orders.

Delivery information

We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order promptly. Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by external shipping carriers. In most cases, deliveries arrive on time and without issues, but occasional delays may occur. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused during transit.

Missed delivery

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will usually attempt to deliver the parcel to a neighbour or redirect it to a nearby collection point. You will receive delivery instructions via the carrier’s tracking information.

If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe, it will be automatically returned to us. In that case, a reshipment will incur additional shipping costs.

Product restrictions

Please note that certain veterinary products – including but not limited to deworming treatments, flea and tick treatments, and other antiparasitic or prescription/over-the-counter veterinary medicines – may not be freely sold, shipped, or used in all countries.

The classification of such products (general sale, pharmacy-only, or prescription-only) is determined by national legislation and may differ from the regulations in the Netherlands.

In some EU countries, certain products may only be supplied via a licensed veterinarian or pharmacy. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions in the destination country, we will inform you and refund the affected item(s).
