Description:

Beaphar ProtecTix® dog 4-10kg is a fast-acting spot-on treatment effective against ticks, fleas, biting lice, sandflies, mosquitoes, and stable flies. Using these pipettes reduces the risk of parasite bites and the transmission of diseases such as Leishmaniasis and Ehrlichiosis. The combination of active ingredients imidacloprid and permethrin provides up to 4 weeks of protection. After application, the active ingredients spread through the skin's fat layer, forming a protective layer. Within 12 hours of application, the dog is protected, and parasites that come into contact with the treated animal will be killed or repelled. Suitable for dogs from 7 weeks of age and weighing 4-10 kg. The product remains effective when the dog gets wet, but frequent swimming can shorten its duration of action.

Indications:

• Treatment and prevention of fleas for 4 weeks; can be used as part of a treatment strategy against flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).
• Eliminates biting lice.
• Repels and kills ticks for 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the tick species. Ticks already on the dog may not be killed within two days of treatment and may remain attached and visible. It is therefore recommended to remove any ticks present at the time of treatment.
• Repels sandflies, mosquitoes, and stable flies for 2 to 4 weeks.
• Reduces the risk of transmission of canine leishmaniasis (up to 3 weeks) and canine ehrlichiosis (up to 4 weeks).

Instructions for Use:

1. Remove the pipette from the packaging.
2. Hold the pipette upright, twist and remove the cap.
3. Part the fur between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible.
4. Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze the pipette firmly several times to apply the contents directly to the skin.

Important Notes:
