Ingredients:

Barley, flaxseed, fresh carrots, spelt, oats, Jerusalem artichoke, spirulina, cane sugar molasses, sea salt, thyme, cumin, hulled sunflower seeds, celery. All ingredients come from certified organic and biodynamic cultivation.

Usage and dosage:

• After acclimatization: 1 to 2 tablespoons per 10 kg body weight daily for several weeks

• Maintenance dose: 1 to 2 teaspoons per 10 kg body weight, several times per week

• Start with half dose the first week and increase gradually

• Can be mixed with food

Storage:

Store bokashi at room temperature and always use a clean spoon to avoid contamination. After opening, product remains good for approximately three months. Refrigeration extends shelf life, but let it return to room temperature for at least a week before use.
