Rely+On™ PeraSafe™ powder generates in-situ peracetic acid when dissolved in water. The neutral pH solution combines the biocidal efficacy of peracetic acid with excellent material compatibility to enable repeated, rapid decontamination of pathogenic microorganisms from heat-labile, reusable medical devices and instruments.
Specifically developed to provide rapid broad-spectrum decontamination against viruses, mycobacteria, bacteria, yeasts, and bacterial spores. Rely+On™ PeraSafe™ has an optimized corrosion-resistant system and a nearly neutral pH. Rely+On™ PeraSafe™ is highly suitable for disinfection of endoscopes, ultrasound probes, and other reusable, heat-sensitive medical devices.
Proven broad-spectrum efficacy
Independently proven highly effective against viruses, mycobacteria, bacteria, and bacterial spores. Rely+On™ PeraSafe™ provides rapid decontamination against a broad spectrum of pathogenic pathogens that play a significant role in human health, such as HIV, Hepatitis B & C, Mycobacteria (Tuberculosis), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Clostridium difficile, MRSA, and Candida albicans. In 10 minutes or less, Rely+On™ PeraSafe™ has been found to be fully effective against many important types of medical pathogens, including Mycobacterium sp. and Clostridium difficile
(spores). These results clearly demonstrate the rapid biocidal action and suitability of Rely+On™ PeraSafe™ for use in the disinfection of medical devices.
