Why cod skin?

Cod skin is an honest, pure fish treat with a distinctive smell and taste that most dogs love. Because it comes from a single protein source, it's a nice change for dogs that mainly eat meat. It's also a simple choice for owners who like to know exactly what they're feeding.

The slow air-drying process makes the skin crunchy without anything needing to be added. Your dog gets something to crunch on, and you get a treat that doesn't feel greasy in your hand or pocket.

How to use the medallions

• As a reward during training or on walks
• As a healthy snack instead of fatty biscuits
• In a snuffle mat or food puzzle for extra enrichment

Feed under supervision and always provide plenty of fresh drinking water. Take treats into account when working out your dog's daily food amount.

Frequently asked questions

Do the medallions smell of fish?
Yes, they're 100% fish, so there's a fishy smell. For most dogs, that's exactly what makes them so tempting. Keep the bag well sealed.

Are they suitable for small dogs?
Yes. At about 2 cm, the medallions work well for small dogs too. You can break them into smaller pieces if needed.

Do they contain preservatives?
No. The medallions contain only cod skin, with no artificial additives or preservatives.

Are they suitable for dogs that can't have chicken or beef?
The treat contains fish as its only protein source. If your dog has a food allergy, always check with your vet which treats are suitable.

How many can my dog have per day?
It's a treat, not a meal. Feed in moderation and reduce the main meal slightly if you give a lot of rewards.
