Damaged or defective items

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at +31 (0)493 221 063 or by email at [email protected], mentioning your order number. We’ll be happy to assist you with an appropriate solution.

Cooling-off period & return rules

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. Once the seal is broken, your order becomes final and cannot be returned.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund including shipping costs. Only the cost of return shipping from your address to our warehouse is at your own expense. Please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

Please check upon receipt whether your order is complete and undamaged. If not, contact us within 48 hours.

Return steps

  1. Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  2. Send us an email to notify us that you will return the package.

  3. Pack the items carefully to avoid transport damage.

  4. Send the package to the return address. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

  5. Always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until we confirm receipt.

  6. Once we have received your return in good condition, we will issue your refund as soon as possible.

Good to know

  • Returns are at the buyer’s risk. Biosecurity BV is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Original packaging required. Products should be returned, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Products cannot be exchanged. If you wish to receive another item, please place a new order.

  • If a product has been used or damaged and can no longer be sold as new, Biosecurity BV reserves the right to refund a portion of the purchase amount in proportion to the loss of value.
